Hill & Harbor Featured Project: Harbor Haven

Harbor Haven

Hill & Harbor Design + Build completed a renovation on this home located in Historic Wickford Village. Our work on this classic coastal gambrel home was completed in two phases with each lasting six months duration. This remodel included both renovation to the existing structure and the building of an addition.

At the beginning of our process we learned that this busy family of four hoped for a more open concept floor plan and more square footage to accommodate their needs. This home, which is a mere stone’s throw away from the marina and within walking distance to Historic Wickford Village, mirrors the owners’ love of boats and the sea. These interests are now clearly reflected in all selections and décor.
The addition comprised of a primary suite and home office that were seamlessly integrated to appear as if it has always been part of the original structure.
