These high-use areas of the home need to be practical and functional. They have always been areas where people seek to improve. In 2023, we expect to see an increase in focus on these areas. For bathrooms, those wanting a bespoke feel are seeking spa like retreats for their Primary Bathroom where relaxing and unwinding are the goal.
Along with the pandemic creating more work from home opportunities, homeowners are interested in having as much livable space as they can and are frequently adding or renovating porches, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor entertaining area. Everyone wants to make the most of our Spring, Summer, and Fall weather and enjoy the outdoors.
The pandemic changed how people worked and with more people continuing to work from home, a dedicated office or work space is what many of our clients are looking for. When thinking about this addition or modification, consider natural light and location in the home to minimize distractions.
