You might know Hill & Harbor Design+ Build for our specialization in the design and construction of historic and coastal homes. Now, we are happy to debut HHDB Maintain where we can oversee the full life cycle of a home and keep providing our clients with a process they can trust!

80% homeowners do not have regular maintenance performed for their homes and end up in costly situations that could have been prevented HHDB’s approach is to be Proactive rather than Reactive. We believe that regular maintenance protects your home’s value and ensures that your residency will be stress-free. The Maintain Plan particularly benefits seasonal residents who have special needs in caring for their second or vacation homes.

Our Maintain Division is a full service team that will create a comprehensive maintenance schedule for your home. If we find any issues, we have the support and staff available to service immediately.
