The final component of our four-part process is the Construction Phase, which breaks down into the following three layers.

Selection Process

Our team directs you, step by step, to select all the components of your project. We also offer a full-service option to help clients through this process with a trained interior designer providing options for each element. From the foundation to finish interior painting, each part of the design is reviewed and then executed until the completion of the project.

On-Site Team

With a dedicated project manager reviewing progress on-site each day, you can have peace of mind that your renovation, rebuild, or new construction is being carefully managed by someone with experience and knowledge.

Communication

We believe that Communication is key and we will provide constant and timely communication on the progress of your project. Our goal is to be on-time and on-budget and we will email weekly updates, with notes about the project progress and status. Our clients have 24/7 access to our online portal and always have their project schedule and budget available.
